The typical workplace has at least one big coffeemaker running at all times because this translates to higher productivity.   • Plain Water – Dehydration is one of the stealthiest causes of low energy and brain fog. Meanwhile, caffeine makes it hard for your body to hold onto water. If you're feeling tired even after having coffee, it is likely that you need a big glass of water to rehydrate.
