These days great energy is a hard commodity to come by. Keeping up at work, keeping up with the family, time for Emails, hobbies- just so much to do and so little time…..
For most of us, the pace of life won’t slow down any time soon. However, the way we plan, prepare, and respond to our environment can give us the winning edge to a victorious and fruitful experience while on this earth.
First of all, never forget that faith is an act. Prayer without massive action is dead. No one would doubt that a person with diabetes will have their prayers answered much sooner with adjustments, nutrition, and exercise, than without. This is common sense.
So why is it that concepts like these are so simple yet there are more people sick and suffering in our community than ever? My answer is simple: People get a brief glimpse of the truth from a seminar, newsletter, workshop, life- changing patient testimonial, etc…and their lit! However, immediately after this refreshing enlightenment, they are bombarded with the popular “quick fix” culture of radio and TV drug ads; flu shot frenzies, media drug spins, and pharmaceutically influenced prescribing habits of family doctors as well as uninformed family members. It’s enough to let the wind out of anyone’s sail.
It takes leadership
There’s an old saying “who can anchor to an unanchored mind?” This means the best way to effectively help others is to first help YOURSELF! Then all of a sudden magic happens- you lead by example! When they see your success, they want what you’ve got.
So, here are your 3 nuggets:
- Stay consistent with your adjusting schedule and home care spinal rehab.Your brain is the powerhouse bringing life, function and healing to every cell, muscle, tissue, and organ in your body. A subluxated spine (pain or no pain) will choke off life, energy, and vitality for years and cause horrendous damage, disease, and early death…..let alone poor energy. After an adjustment you have more power to your body. More power = more energy!
- Exercise aerobically @ least 20 minutes per day, 5 days per week– especially if our goal is to see a miracle with your healing, be drug free, and live out all of your years.
- Become a lifelong learner. When you stop learning, you stop growing. When you stop growing, you start dying. We are not your crutch, we are your coaches. If you follow our recommendations to a T, you will reap the results we are praying for.
